This is a guided body scan to relax you physically prior to calming the mind.
The meditation practice is designed to breath into the winds of change with awareness.
An offering of understanding that we all will change, encounter negative energy and not always be in control of what will happen next or where we will find ourselves, yet we have the ability to center ourselves, create possibilities and become curious rather than fearful of what is happening around us and to us when we get quiet.
The current climate of change and uncertainty can lead to anxiety, stress, fear and anger. I too, am feeling all of these. It is my hope that by listening to this it might offer a moment of relief. I listened to this for the first time in a year and it actually eased my level of anxiety.
