Designed to be different from normal talk therapy, my work is about a journey to self-integration. We incorporate a host of accessible tools to understand ourselves, our triggers and our habits that don’t serve, in order to explore what’s holding us back, feeding our anxiety and tripping our memories into a traumatic flashback.

This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of work. Because everyone is different, there are a wide range of therapeutic possibilities we can explore.There is a place and a way for individuals to meet themselves.
